Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
For customers wishing to cancel their order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at: info@bagsjewellery.com or via our secure WhatsApp channel at +33 7 66 63 73 02. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, the shipment cannot be intercepted. You may still formally declare your withdrawal at any time; however, you will need to receive the package upon delivery and facilitate the physical return according to the Right of Withdrawal rules listed below.
Right of Withdrawal
For our consumers in the European Union and worldwide, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us, as well as additional specific customs costs that may occur depending on the country), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Luxury Asset Integrity & Handling
BagsJewellery specializes exclusively in authenticated luxury designer bags and brand-new, never-pre-owned jewellery. Every acquisition is treated with the exacting standards of an official brand partner store. We explicitly do not operate as a temporary rental or media staging service.
All items are dispatched with a prominent, tamper-evident security seal. You may inspect and evaluate the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. The product should be returned exactly as it was received, including all supplied accessories, dust bags, certificates, complimentary gifts, and original packaging.
Pursuant to Article 14(2) of the European Consumer Rights Directive and the French Consumer Code, the cutting, removal, or alteration of our security seal constitutes handling that exceeds acceptable verification parameters. Because a compromised security seal invalidates our established authenticity lineage, any return executed with a broken, detached, or altered seal requires rigorous structural assessment and re-authentication.
Consequently, returns executed with a broken or tampered tag will undergo an expert financial assessment. A structural depreciation fee reflecting the actual economic cost of re-validation and market-value impairment—up to the full purchase price—will be deducted from the final refund allocation upon the physical receipt and inspection of the goods.
Shipping, Logistics, and Allocation of Return Costs
While outward international premium shipping is provided on a complimentary basis to our global clientele, the direct expenses associated with return transit remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Given the extreme value of authenticated designer assets, all returned shipments must be executed via a premium, fully tracked, signed-for international courier service equipped with transit insurance matching the original purchase valuation. BagsJewellery will only assume return shipping liabilities or provide pre-paid shipping labels if an objective structural fault or processing error is validated by our authentication department.
